All financial transactions on 456ph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 456ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the Wallet section of your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, as a security and anti-money laundering measure. 456ph may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts established by PAGCOR guidelines.
456ph processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Typical processing times for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 456ph does not guarantee processing times as they are partially dependent on third-party payment processors.
456ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means may be forfeited and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
456ph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined bonus and deposit amount as specified per promotion. 456ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
Each game available on the 456ph platform is governed by game-specific rules displayed within the game interface or in the Help section of the relevant game. It is your responsibility to read and understand game rules before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of wagers or revision of game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server failures, disconnection, or software errors — 456ph's decision on the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. 456ph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct game states from server logs and resolve affected bets fairly. Bets placed during a clearly visible technical error will be voided and staked amounts returned.

Any use of 456ph's intellectual property beyond this scope — including reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 456ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 456ph, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 456ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or personal losses.
456ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 456ph in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
456ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 456ph will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
456ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 456ph platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 456ph Privacy Policy.
456ph implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 456ph servers. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, and you accept residual risk inherent in electronic data transmission.
456ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the 456ph platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by PAGCOR regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 456ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 456ph and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and 456ph, you agree to first contact 456ph customer support to seek an informal resolution. 456ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
